After 8 years in traditional referral practices, and over 15 years as a mobile surgeon, board-certified veterinary surgeon in PA, Phil Zeltzman realized that he would have nothing to sell at the end of his career.

In addition, the inefficiencies of mobile surgery started to take a toll.

He pivoted and built an efficient, profitable, and sustainable surgical practice.

It performed so well, that continuing mobile surgery didn’t make sense anymore.

So he built a second practice, based on the core principles that made the first one so successful.

Since then, Phil has coached several surgeons interested in pivoting to a B & M practice.

He was then “asked” to lead a community of like-minded surgeons who already own, or are considering building, their own B & M practice.

This is how PIVOT was born.

PIVOT is a community, a coaching program, and a retreat designed to share best practices, optimize practices, and improve quality of life.

Many surgeons are highly trained - but were never taught the skills needed to build a practice, lead a team, drive efficiency, ensure profitability, and engineer sustainability.

PIVOT was created to bridge that gap.
